I have worked with and known Justin for over a decade. He has always demonstrated a natural leadership style that people are drawn to and look up to. I had the privilege of working under Justin's leadership for nine years, during which he served not only as my director but also as a mentor. I know him to be exceptionally dynamic and wildly intelligent. He is fiercely creative whilst simultaneously being practical and logical. This is a rare gift. His energy and passion were evident in his leadership, and inspired others around him. His unwavering work ethic, discipline, and commitment to excellence set a standard that challenged everyone around him to continually grow and improve. He is still the hardest working man I know. Justin has an exceptional eye for detail and the courage to address complacency with honesty and purpose, always because he believes in bringing out the best in people. A BRIEF HISTORY
Justin & Anke met in Mozambique in the early 2000's at what was then a small ministry to addicts under the auspices of Grace Fellowship in Johannesburg. The call to continue in this work, remains to this day as they have respectively expanded their studies and gained invaluable years of experience in the field. Three beautiful daughters and a farm was added to them, which property was for years, rented to an NPO offering rehabilitation to adolescent boys and girls. Millah is the eldest of the family and as one raised in the milieu of recovery has a wisdom for life while her strong administrative skills come in handy when she is not busy exploring her love of horses and artisanal crafts. Mikaeel Jappie joined the work as being in recovery himself, and is skilled at guiding others wherever they might find themselves on a path to recovery. When not doing so, he can be found developing his mad passion for sport through his fledgling organization, Caracal Volleyball.
